3. Receive your confirmation e-mail

3. Your confirmation e-mail

Once your reservation details are completed and submitted you will receive an immediate confirmation e-mail from us.

What happens after that?

You will then have 3 days to make payment to us. If your holiday is more than 8 weeks away we will ask you for a deposit of 25%. If it is within 8 weeks the full balance will be payable immediately.

You can pay by card, bank transfer or cheque.

8 weeks before your holiday starts we will ask you for the balance payment.

Once payment has been received in full and all the necessary information has been received from you we will email you directions and key collection instructions.
